Intro

My name is Maria Agresti. I’m the general manager at Andretti Indoor Carding and Games in Orlando, Florida.

How did you manage customer Feedback before?

We actually did not have a great Feedback system, where we had the ability to really get to our guests quickly. So, this is a first time for me and I’m really, really enjoying what I’m seeing from [Real Time] Feedback.

What was the guest response to this new CX platform?

All of our guests have been very happy. They’re very excited that the technology is just at their fingertips, and they don’t have to roam around. They don’t have to waste time. They want to spend their time here being able to play games, you know, enjoy the facility and not try to find someone to help them. So, this has been great for them.

Was Real Time Feedback easy to learn?

It was very, very easy to implement. Like I said, very easy to use. So very little training. And very easy to add new users on the backend. Again, I am not the most technologically sound person, so I’ve been able to do that with no problem.

What sets Real Time Feedback apart from other platforms?

This is really the first platform that I’ve seen where we give the guest the ability to tell us what’s wrong. And it also gives us the opportunity to fix it right on the spot. And then the ability to follow up with the guest after is just as valuable to make sure that we’ve addressed their issues. I really, truly, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. It gives us so much data.
